it's time.



it's time for me to kick it in gear and get training for a 10k.
the past month or two, i've been hitting the treadmill/running around logan 4 or so times a week.
sounds good right? yes, but i usually run between 2-4 miles, so i need to kick it up.
i have wanted to get into that die-hard stage for sometime.
i've been feeling it though.
last week, i didn't go running one day during the week and i felt droggy.
i felt disappointed in myself.
but...this next week i will run my good 4-5 times a week and get training.
